Fresno, California horror doom trio Beastmaker has been on a rapid rise in the last year or so, releasing their stunning debut LP ‘Lusus Naturae’ in 2016 and quickly following it up with another stellar full-length called ‘Inside The Skull’ in 2017, both via Rise Above Records. The band has also engaged in a slew of touring activity throughout, and most recently they concluded a US tour supporting Zakk Wylde’s Black Sabbath cover band, Zakk Sabbath. The last show of the tour took place at the El Rey in Los Angeles on June 17th. Before the show, our man Jimmy Cabbs caught up with Trevor William Church (guitar/vocals), John Tucker (bass) and Andres Alejandro Saldate (drums) for an interview about all things Beastmaker.
