Track Premiere: Blood Division – ‘Sulphur Halitosis’

2013 Photoshoot (3)

Hailing from Singapore, blackened thrash/d-beat trio Blood Division comprises ex-members of Impiety and Draconis Infernum, and have been bludgeoning their way through the darkest depths of the metal underground in their country and beyond over the past seven years. After independently releasing a cassette tape demo titled ‘Grip Of Power’ in 2011, they gained much traction and followed it up with the 2012 debut EP ‘Necrordnance’, and the 2013 ‘Cursed In Rotting Blood’ split release with UK black metal band Rotting Bull. They also headlined the third annual edition of the Trendslaughter Fest in Bangalore, India the same year, an event put together by Indian record label/distro/promoter Cyclopean Eye Productions. Fast forward to 2016, Blood Division are ready to release their debut full-length ‘Traitors To The Gallows’ in late August via Cyclopean Eye Productions, and Metal Assault is proud to bring you the exclusive North American premiere of the track ‘Sulphur Halitosis’.

Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the album release, because after listening to this, you are going to want a taste of the entire 8-track, 22-minute monster, which we can already tell you is going to be one of the best things the global metal underground will have on offer this year. Bang your heads and raise your beers to this searing, rampaging, 2-minute slab of old-fashioned blackened thrash!
