Bevar Sea Releases Lyric Video For Motörhead Cover ‘Turn You Round Again’
Bangalore (India) based stoner doom metal band Bevar Sea have just released a lyric video for their cover of Motörhead’s song ‘Turn You Round Again’ off of the Another Perfect Day album, which was released almost 30 years ago in 1983. The audio of Bevar Sea’s cover is accompanied by scenes from the martial arts-based movie ‘Ip Man’. This cover will be included on the ‘Motörhead Tribute – India’ album which will be released on Iron Fist Records later this year. Other bands that have recorded Motörhead covers for the album include Dying Embrace, Albatross, Millennium, Solar Deity, Shepherd, Djinn & Miskatonic, and 1833 AD. Cattle Decapitation Postpones Asia Tour
California deathgrind band Cattle Decapitation are having to postpone their Asia tour which was supposed to happen in early April, due to ‘reasons beyond the band’s control’, as stated in a twitter update earlier today. This tour was also supposed to include a gig in the Indian city of Darjeeling on April 2nd, and an appearance at the Obscene Extreme Asia festival. Whitesnake Guitarist Doug Aldrich’s Original Band Burning Rain To Release New Album
Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the release of bluesy hard rockers Burning Rain‘s third studio album, EPIC OBSESSION, on May 21st in North America. Burning Rain was founded by current Whitesnake axeman Doug Aldrich together with singer Keith St. John (ex-Montrose). The line-up for the new album is rounded out by Sean McNabb on bass (ex-Quiet Riot, Dokken, House of Lords) and Mat Starr on drums (Ace Frehley). EPIC OBSESSION comes after a long hiatus from the release of the band’s second album, PLEASURE TO BURN, in 2000.
