Finnish symphonic metal giants Nightwish have announced that they will begin their 9-month long ‘Decades’ world tour with a 34-show North American tour in March-April 2018. According to a post on the Nightwish facebook page, “The band will have a very special setlist for the tour, featuring rarely heard material from the earlier era, and excitingly for both band and fans, they will revisit the old songs with some new twists. This setlist will be a ‘one-off’ and only performed on this world tour.” Ticket pre-sales begin on June 12th here, and to coincide with the tour, Nuclear Blast will release a 2-CD ‘Decades’ compilation on March 9th 2018.
