The Prague Municipal Court on Tuesday acquitted American singer Randy Blythe of his indictment. The Lamb Of God vocalist originally faced up to ten years in prison for allegedly throwing a 19-year old Lamb of God fan from the stage in 2010, which resulted in the young man’s death. New York death metal legends, IMMOLATION, have unveiled the artwork and track listing for their upcoming ninth full-length album Kingdom of Conspiracy. The cover imagery was brought to life this time by no less than Pär Olofsson (IMMORTAL, THE FACELESS, ABYSMAL DAWN). “The figures in the artwork have all been bound and chained and have their eyes and mouths sewn shut symbolically, showing the chilling of speech and the intentional blinding of the masses,” explains guitarist Robert Vigna. “They all make up the huge ominous structure behind them, which is symbolic of the growing security state as well as our failing structures today, and how they are slowly and methodically consuming and controlling us all. Legendary Seattle rockers Queensrÿche are poised to regain their place as hard rock/heavy metal royalty in 2013. The band has just signed a new label deal with Century Media for the release of their latest studio album. The album is slated for release on June 11 and marks the debut album from the lineup comprised of Todd La Torre (Vocals), Michael Wilton (Guitars), Parker Lundgren (Guitars), Eddie Jackson (Bass) and Scott Rockenfield (Drums). The band premiered a snippet from a new song called “Redemption” from the upcoming release on Eddie Trunk’s radio show on February 22.
