Longstanding Los Angeles-based stoner/doom metal band Goatsnake are about to embark on the Southern Lord West Coast tour with three label mates, Seattle’s crossover tyrants Black Breath, San Diego hardcore punk group Battalion Of Saints and devastating LA band Obliterations. Teenage Time Killers, a supergroup formed in 2014, comprises a massive lineup of hard rock/heavy metal heavyweights. Founded by Corrosion Of Conformity drummer Reed Mullin and My Ruin guitarist Mick Murphy, Teenage Time Killers includes in its ranks Randy Blythe, Neil Fallon, Tommy Victor, Tony Foresta and several others. Australian thrash/grind/hardcore punk group King Parrot released their new album ‘Dead Set’ via Housecore Records earlier this year, and are descending upon California for three album release shows later this month. This run includes a King Parrot headline show at Brick By Brick in San Diego on Sunday September 13th, with local support acts Nukem and Xantam and Thanatology from Mexico. King Parrot are expected to bring the same level of batshit insanity with which they conquered large audiences while supporting the likes of Down on past tours, and in a relatively much smaller venue such as this, the magnitude of the King Parrot live experience will raise the roof. Rock ‘n roll godfathers Motörhead are making a visit to Riverside for a show at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium on Wednesday August 19th, along with support acts Saxon and Crobot.
