January 13th 2014, Hollywood CA: Los Angeles-based comedy/parody themed heavy metal band Steel Panther will be releasing their fourth studio album ‘All You Can Eat’ on April Fools Day 2014. To promote the release and present the epic cover artwork of this album, they ran a campaign in Los Angeles yesterday in collaboration with the famous metal-themed food truck/restaurant Grill ‘Em All. Aptly fitting with the album title, Steel Panther and Grill ‘Em All were offering fans a unique opportunity to grab some free burgers and see the album cover at four different locations in Los Angeles.

The Grill ‘Em All truck made its first stop outside Origami Vinyl in the Silver Lake area, then proceeded to High Fidelity Records in Los Feliz, before making its way to the Record Parlour in the heart of Hollywood at 4 PM. Considering it was a Monday afternoon, a good number of fans lined up to enjoy the new album cover while gorging themselves with a free half-pound Grill ‘Em All burger. The two items on the menu for this occasion were essentially the ‘Waste ‘Em All’ and ‘Winger’ burgers, but were presented with customized names to suit Steel Panther, namely ‘The Fat Girl’ which came with pepper jack, green chillies and grilled onion, and the ‘Eatin Ain’t Cheatin’ Cheeseburger’, which comprised of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and 1000 Island dressing. Fans devoured these fantastic burgers, and the truck stayed at this location for about an hour before taking off to its final stop at the Shamrock Tattoo in West Hollywood, where singer Michael Starr also made an appearance and gladly posed for photos with Steel Panther fans.

Steel Panther have existed in various incarnations for the past 13 years, and over this period, through relentless hard work, they’ve built up a reputation for putting on some of the most fun live shows on the Sunset Strip, and their studio albums have generally treated listeners with excellently crafted humorous lyrics delivered to perfection by Michael Starr and well-assisted by his band mates Satchel on guitar, Lexxi Foxxx on bass and Stix Zadinia on drums. Their previous album ‘Balls Out’ turned out to be a huge success, and one can expect Steel Panther in their finest element on this upcoming album as well. The feast begins soon!
