Metal Assault Records is psyched to report that our first ever compilation release, simply titled Metal Assault Mixtape: Vol. 1, completely sold out of its stock of cassette tapes within a day after its August 9 release. Based on the success of Vol. 1, we are pleased to announce Metal Assault Mixtape: Vol. 2.
Boasting brand new, previously unreleased songs by 9 bands, Vol. 1 features six bands based out of the Los Angeles area, namely Old Blood, Tyranis, Haunted Garage, MX Machine, Zinngeschrei and Ancient Fears, plus Tzimani from San Diego, Corners Of Sanctuary from Philadelphia, and Hrom from Canada. The digital download of Vol. 1 is still available via our Bandcamp, plus, everyone paying for entry into our August 31 event featuring Haunted Garage will get a free download card.
