The long wait for fans of Portland, Oregon stoner doom masters Witch Mountain in North America is finally over, as the band has unveiled an official announcement for their first headline tour of the continent since 2012. The tour will be in support of the band’s impending self-titled studio album, out May 25 via Svart, their first since ‘Mobile of Angels’ (2014), and also the first to feature vocalist Kayla Dixon and bassist Justin Brown. Founding member/drummer Nathan Carson says: “Since Justin and Kayla joined, we’ve had the amazing fortune to tour with YOB, Danzig, and Saint Vitus… Time flies, and we realized that Witch Mountain hasn’t headlined North America since 2012. Can’t wait to be back out on the road for a summertime adventure, seeing our fans, and sharing our new music with them.”
