16. Kreator: Hordes Of Chaos (LP version)

The man responsible for this one is Joachim Luetke, a well-reputed cross-media artist. Other than Kreator, he has laid down his artworks for bands such as Arch Enemy, Dimmu Borgir, Marilyn Manson, and Meshuggah, all of whom have had some amazing covers as well. I thought the version for the standard edition of the album was cool enough to be in this list, until I saw this one. The standard version only shows the central figure's face while the LP version has much more detail, with the entire body as well as two other characters, hence its way more brutal than that one.
