Interview: Ex-AC/DC Bassist Mark Evans Talks In Detail About "Dirty Deeds" Book (Audio)

By Aniruddh "Andrew" Bansal, September 22nd 2011, Los Angeles CA: Up until now, no member of the early AC/DC era had given an account of that period of the band in their own words. Mark Evans, bassist from 1975 to 1977, was part of the band on albums such as "T.N.T.", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", "High Voltage" and "Let There Be Rock", albums that went on to become timeless classics in rock 'n roll history, and albums that are still loved as much as they were when they were first unleashed.

Mark took upon himself to give us a firsthand description of what it was like to be in AC/DC in those days. His book, "Dirty Deeds: My Life Inside/Outside Of AC/DC" has already garnered rave reviews in Australia, having been released over there in the month of August. The book hits the North American market on November 11th via Bazillion Points Books, and is certainly something every AC/DC fan in this part of the world can look forward to.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had this amazingly detailed conversation with Mark a few minutes ago, and here it is, the entire 34 minutes of it, as Mark talks about the book and life with AC/DC, among other topics. Listen to the interview below, and make sure to check out the official Dirty Deeds book website to pre-prder your copy.
