The first ever Loudwire Music Awards ceremony and concert will debut in Los Angeles, at The Novo DTLA on Tuesday October 24th. The ceremony will be hosted by Chris Jericho, and the concert lineup features Avenged Sevenfold, In This Moment, Anthrax, Halestorm, Body Count, Nothing More, Starset and Power Trip, along with special performances by Rob Halford, Dave Mustaine and Jamey Jasta.

Metal Assault is giving away one pair of tickets to the event. Please read the following rules, terms and guidelines, and enter the giveaway using the widget below.
